Sinners Refund Policy

HAIRCUTS: At Sinners, we do NOT offer refunds for haircuts under any circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with anything about your haircut, we offer complimentary adjustments up to TEN DAYS from your original appointment date. (Less than 1” length changes, weight removal, anything laying weird, etc.). Any major changes will be at the discretion of the salon and stylist.

HAIR COLOR: At Sinners, we do NOT offer refunds for haircuts under any circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with the result of your color, we offer complimentary adjustments up to TEN DAYS from your original appointment date. (Tone changes, issues with vibrancy, not quite what you were expecting, etc.). Any major changes will be at the discretion of the salon and stylist.

OTHER HAIR SERVICES: At Sinners, we do NOT offer refunds for any hair services under any circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with the result of your service, please reach out to your stylist for any questions or concerns.

NAILS: At Sinners, we do NOT offer refunds for nail services under any circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with your nails, we offer complimentary adjustments or repairs up to THREE DAYS from your original appointment date. (Missing gem or charm, top coat chipping, broken/chipped nail, etc.). Any major changes will be at the discretion of the salon and artist.

WAXING: At Sinners, we do NOT offer refunds for waxing services under any circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with the final result, please reach out to your service provider for questions or concerns.

MAKEUP: At Sinners, we do NOT offer refunds for makeup services under any circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with anything about the final look, please reach out to your artist for questions or concerns.

TATTOO: At Sinners, we do NOT offer refunds for tattooing services underhand circumstances. If you are unsatisfied or want to make changes, please reach out to your artist.
